Greatly enjoyed this charming hotel with brilliant and amazing staff who have been taught to be very service oriented. Our rooms were incredible and good with mountain view, a balcony. The location was great and amazing - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go.

The location in the valley is truly spectacular, providing a perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided a great start to the day with healthy options to choose from. I also appreciated the free cakes in the afternoon for a sweet treat. The staff were friendly and even gave us a free Val Gardena bus pass, which allowed us to explore Bolzano at no extra cost. I was also touched by the little handmade gift the hotel gave us upon checkout. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Ortisei.

Although my stay at Chalet Hotel Hartmann - Adults Only was wonderful, I did miss having a tea and coffee making facility in my room. While I could make my own in the hotel lounge, the cost of tea was a bit expensive.
